\textit{Xiaoqin Wang} studied the Hadamard finite part of a higher-order singular integral of Bochner-Martinelli type [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 337, No. 2, 771-793 (1993; Zbl 0781.32008)]. Here the authors use integration by parts to express this Hadamard finite part in terms of an ordinary principal value integral. For the higher-order singular Bochner-Martinelli integral, they discuss a Plemelj formula, a composition formula, and the solution of an integral equation. A hypothesis is missing in the statement of the Plemelj formula (Theorem~1), which gives the limit of the singular integral at a boundary point~\(\omega\). The proof uses a result from Wang's article in which special coordinates have been chosen to make the normal direction at~\(\omega\) agree with the first coordinate direction. The authors neglect to say that their Plemelj formula assumes this special choice of coordinates.
