Let \(\Omega\) be a domain in a Kähler manifold \(X\) and \(E\) a holomorphic hermitian vector bundle over \(\Omega\). Let \(\delta\) be a smooth positive function on \(\Omega\) and \(\alpha\in \mathbb{R}\). We denote by \(L^2_{(p,q)}(\Omega,\delta^\alpha)\) the set of \((p,q)\)-forms \[ f(x)=\sum_{0\leq p,q\leq n}f_{p,q}(x) dz^p\wedge d\overline z^q \] on \(\Omega\) with coefficients such that \[ \left (\int_\Omega |f(x)|^2\delta^{2\alpha}(x) dV\right)^{1\over 2}<\infty. \] In this paper, the authors use the \(L^2\)-estimates for \(\overline\partial\) of Andreotti-Vesentini and Hörmander to obtain the following result. Theorem. Let \(\Omega\) be a relatively compact Hartogs-pseudoconvex domain in an \(n\)-dimensional Kähler manifold \(X\) and \(E\) a holomorphic hermitian vector bundle of class \(C^2\) in a neighborhood of \(\overline\Omega\). Let \(f\in L^2_{(p,q)}(\Omega,\delta^\alpha;E)\), \(1\leq q\leq n\), a \(\overline\partial\)-closed form. Then, for non-negative \(\alpha\), such that \(m_p(\Omega;E)+2\alpha C_\Omega>0\), there exists \(u\in L^2_{(p,q-1)}(\Omega,\delta^\alpha;E)\) such that \(\overline\partial u-f\) and \[ (N_\alpha(u))^2\leq {1\over q[m_p(\Omega;E)+2\alpha C_\Omega]}(N_\alpha(f))^2. \] Using this result, the authors discuss the vanishing of the cohomology groups of the \((0,q)\)-forms with coefficients in the Sobolev space when \(\Omega\) is a pseudoconcave domain with Lipschitz boundary.
