Subcategories of filter tower spaces (Q5947274)

As probabilistic variants of filter spaces and Cauchy spaces the authors introduce by means of suitable \(T\)-norms the construct FILTR of filter tower spaces. They demonstrate that FILTR is a strong topological universe that contains the category of filter spaces as a simultaneously bireflective and bicoreflective subcategory and the category of \(T\)-regular objects as a bireflective subcategory. Moreover, they develop a completion theory for filter spaces.
