This monograph presents a systematic, exhaustive and up-to-date overview of formal methods and theories related to data analysis and inference using the concept of raugh sets. Chapter 1, is introduction followed by basic mathematical concepts. Chapter 2 presents the notion of objects, attributes and their relationships. Chapter 3 and 4 introduces informations on operators and their derived informations. Chapter 5 discusses the classical logic and modal logic followed by techniques and methodology in Chapter 6, Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 discusses reasoning about similarity and indiscernibility with the addition of reasoning knowledge in Chapter 9. Finally, computational aspects are discussed in Chapter 10 through 12. At end in PartV, algebraic approaches to information systems with incomplete information and various developmental issues are raised and discussed in order. In a nutshell, it is an interesting book for researcher and scientists in the area of information structure.
