Geodesic CR-lightlike submanifolds (Q5948431)

The geometry of CR-submanifolds in a Kähler manifold is summarized by \textit{B. Y. Chen} [J. Differ. Geom. 16, 305-322, 493-509 (1981; Zbl 0431.53048, Zbl 0485.53051)], and of CR-lightlike submanifolds \(M\) of indefinite Kähler manifold \(\overline M\) by \textit{K. L. Duggal} and \textit{A. Bejancu} [Lightlike submanifolds of semi-Riemannian manifolds and applications. (Kluwer, Dordrecht) (1996; Zbl 0848.53001)]. In the preent paper among the latter the mixed geodesic, \(D\)-geodesic and \(D'\)-geodesic ones are introduced, in addition to the general totally geodesic ones. By means of the vector field apparatus several results are proved, which give the conditions (mostly necessary and sufficient) for such \(M\) in \(\overline M\) to be geodesic (totally or mixed or \(D\)- or \(D'\)-geodesic).
