The existence and uniqueness of fuzzy solutions to the nonlinear fuzzy neutral functional-differential equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\frac{d}{dt}[x(t)-f(t,x_{t})]=Ax(t)+g(t,x_{t}),NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(A\) is a fuzzy coefficient and \(f\) and \(g\) are continuous functions, are established via a Banach fixed-point analysis approach and using the fuzzy number whose values are a normal, convex upper semicontinuous, and compactly supported interval in \(E_{N}.\) An example illustrating the results is given.
