The authors investigate perimeter minimizing configurations of two connected regions with prescribed areas contained in a planar sector. The lengths along the rays bounding the sector are not considered in the evaluation of the perimeter. They show that there are two possible bubbles for the minimizers: two concentric circular arcs or a truncated standard bubble. Moreover, for certain large values of the angle \(\theta\) of the sector the truncated standard bubble is better, and for sufficiently small \(\theta\) the concentric circles are better.
