The following papers raised research problems on Latin squares: \textit{J. Dénes} [Am. Math. Mon. 104, No. 6, 563-566 (1997; Zbl 0884.05022)], \textit{J. Dénes} [Pure Math. Appl. 9, No. 3-4, 273-276 (1998; Zbl 0933.20009)], \textit{J. Dénes} and \textit{A. D. Keedwell} [Latin squares and their applications (Academic Press, New York, Akadémia Kiadó, Budapest, and English University Press, London) (1974; Zbl 0283.05014)], \textit{J. Dénes} and \textit{A. D. Keedwell} [Period. Polytech. Trans. Eng. 19, No. 1-2, 33-35 (1991)], \textit{J. Dénes}, \textit{G. L. Mullen} and \textit{S. J. Suchower} [J. Comb. Math. Comb. Comput. 16, 27-31 (1994; Zbl 0819.05017)], and \textit{J. Dénes} and \textit{P. Owens} [J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 85, No. 1, 69-82 (1999; Zbl 0913.05025)]. Most of the research problems raised in those papers are solved by the present author. The above problems are on the Hall-Paige conjecture, the Latin power sets of Latin squares, and Mendelsohn designs.
