The author obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for a discrete multiplicity variety to be an interpolating variety for weighted spaces of entire functions in \(\mathbb{C}^n\). Let \(p\) be a plurisubharmonic weight function in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) and \(\{m_k\}\) a sequence of positive integers. If for any multi-indexed sequence \(\{a_{k,I}\}_{k\in\mathbb{N},0\leq|I|<m_k}\) of complex numbers satisfying that \[ \sum_{|I|=0}^{m_k-1}|a_{k,I}|<Ae^{Bp(\zeta_k)}, \quad k\in\mathbb{N}:=\{1,2,\dots\} , \] for some constants \(A,B>0\), there exists an entire function \(f\) in \(\mathbb{C}^n\) such that \[ \frac 1{I!}\frac{\partial^{|I|} f(\zeta_k)} {\partial z^I}= a_{k,I}, \quad k\in\mathbb{N}, 0\leq|I|<m_k , \] where \(I\) is a multi-index, and \(f\in A_p(\mathbb{C}^n)\) satisfies the same kind of growth condition, then \(V:=\{(\zeta_k,m_k)\}\) is called an interpolating variety for \(A_p(\mathbb{C}^n)\). The author proves: \(V\) is an interpolating variety for \(A_p(\mathbb{C}^n)\) if and only if there exist \(m\) functions \(f_1, f_2,\dots, f_m\) in \(A_p(\mathbb{C}^n)\) and two constants \(\varepsilon, C>0\) such that \(V\subset F^{-1}(0)\), where \(F=(f_1, f_2,\dots, f_m)\), and each connected component of \(\{z\in\mathbb{C}^n: |F(z)|<\varepsilon e^{-Cp(z)}\}\) contains at most one point in \(V\) and such a component has diameter at most one.
