In previous papers by the first author in the same journal [1, 469-477 (1965; Zbl 0196.35001) and 24, No.~12, 2168-2170 (1988; Zbl 0706.34006)], he proved that almost all solutions issuing from an arbitrary \(k\)-dimensional subspace \(\mathbb{R}^k\) of \(\mathbb{R}^n\) of a system of differential equations \(\dot x=A(t) x\), \(x\in \mathbb{R}^n\), for which the matrix \(A\) has piecewise continuous bounded coefficients, have lower exponents equal to the least upper bound of the lower exponents of these solutions. Here, the authors prove that the same assertion is still valid for completely integrable linear Pfaff systems \[ {\partial x}/{\partial t_i}=A_i(t) x, \quad x\in \mathbb{R}^n,\;t=(t_1,t_2)\in \mathbb{R}_+^2, \;i=1,2, \] where \(\mathbb{R}_+^2\) is the first quadrant of the plane \(\mathbb{R}^2\).
