    For equation \[ H(-x)\frac{\partial^2 u }{\partial x^2} - \frac{\partial^2 u}{\partial y^2} + H(x) \frac{\partial u}{\partial x} = H(x) \int_{0}^{\tau} R(t) u(x-t, y) dt, \] where \(\tau=\text{const}>0,\) \(H(\xi)\) is Heaviside function, \(R(x)\) is a positive and bounded function in a bounded domain \(D\) with boundary consisting for \(x>0\) of half-lines \(l_1:y=0\); \(l_2:y=\pi\) and for \(x<0\) of characteristics \(AC:y=-x\) and \(BC:y=x+\pi\), the problem with boundary condition on \(l_1, l_2, AC\) and initial condition in domain \[ D_{-1}=\left\{ -\tau\geq x \geq 0, 0\geq y \geq \pi \right\} \] is considered. The existence and uniqueness theorem of the regular solution of this problem is proved.
