    The author studied the following problem using the method of boundary integral equations: \[ \begin{aligned} \partial T/\partial t&=\varepsilon(\partial^{2}T/\partial x^{2}+\partial^{2}T/\partial y^{2}),\quad a<x<b, c<y<d, 0<t<1,\\ T(x,y,0)&=T^{0}(x,y),\\ \partial T(a,y,t)/\partial x&=Q_{1}(t),\\ \partial T(b,y,t)/\partial x&=Q_{3}(t),\\ \partial T(x,d,t)/\partial y&=Q_{2}(t),\\ \partial T(x,c,t)/\partial y&=B(T(x,c,t)),\end{aligned} \] where \(\varepsilon\) is a small parameter, \(Q_{i},\;i=1,2,3,\) are suifficiently smooth functions, the function \(B(T)\) determines the nonlinear boundary conditions on the side \(y=c\), and \(T^{0}(x,y)\) is a sufficiently smooth function specifying the initial conditions.
