    To a polynomial with constant complex coefficients \(A(s)= \sum_{ |\alpha|\leq l}a_\alpha s^\alpha\), \(s^\alpha= s_1^{\alpha_1}\dots s_n^{ \alpha_n}\), \(|\alpha |=\alpha_1 +\cdots+ \alpha_n\), the differential operation \(A(-iD)\) is assigned \((D^\alpha= D_1^{\alpha_1} \dots D_n^{\alpha_n}\), \(D_j=\partial/ \partial x_j\), \(i^2=-1)\). Then, the following problems (boundary value problems with loaded differential equations) are considered: \[ L_1u \equiv (D^1_t+A)u (t)+\sum^m_{k=1} \alpha_ku(t_k)= f(t)\text{ on }(0,2\pi),\;u(0) =u(2\pi); \tag{1} \] \[ L_2u\equiv (D^2_t+A)u(t)+ \sum^m_{k=1} (\alpha_k+ \beta_k D^1_t) u(t_k)=f(t) \text{ on }(0,2\pi),\;D_t^ju(0)= D^j_tu(2\pi), \;j=0,1,\tag{2} \] where \(D_t=\partial/ \partial t\); \(\alpha_k, \beta_k\in\mathbb{C}\), \(k=1,\dots,m\), \(0<t_1< \cdots< t_m<2\pi\); \(u(t)\) is a function from \(L_2(0,T;H)\); \(H\) is the Hilbert space of square integrable functions on an \(n\)-dimensional cube \(\Omega\), with edges of length \(2\pi\); \(A:H\to H\) is the closure in \(H\) of \(A(-iD)\), originally defined on the linear space of smooth complex-valued functions, periodic in all variables. Necessary and sufficient conditions concerning \(A(s)\), for the existence and uniqueness of a strong solution of the problem (1) (respectively (2)), when \(f\in L_2(0,T;H)\) is arbitrary, are given.
