The author considers the problem: \(\varepsilon^2 u_{xx}''-\mu A(x)u_x'- C(t,x)u-u_t'= f(t,x)\), \(u(0,x)= \Phi(x)\), \(-\infty< x<+\infty\), \(0<t \leq T\), where \(\varepsilon, \mu>0\) are small parameters. Under suitable conditions, there is an asymptotic representation (as \(\varepsilon,\mu\to 0)\) of the solution \(u(t,x, \varepsilon,\mu)\) of the problem with the following properties: \(u(t,-0,\varepsilon, \mu)=u(t,+0, \varepsilon,\mu)\) and \(u_x'(t,-0, \varepsilon,\mu)= u_x'(t,+0, \varepsilon,\mu)\).
