The authors consider differential inclusions of the form \(x'(t) \in Ax(t) + \Gamma(t,x(t))\) where \(A\) is an unbounded linear operator with dense domain in a reflexive Banach space and \(\Gamma\) is either a lower or an upper semicontinuous set-valued map with respect to the second argument. Using the method of continuous selectors, they study the solvability of the differential inclusion. The main existence result is obtained when assuming that the set-valued part of the right-hand side is upper semicontinuous, bounded and satisfies a tangential condition. The second part of the paper discusses the existence of solutions to a boundary value problem associated with the differential inclusion when \(\Gamma\) either has closed graph and convex values or is lower-semicontinuous and satisfies a strong tangential condition.
