Extending an earlier result on \(L^p\)-spaces, the author characterizes positive absolutely summing operators on the Köthe space \(E (X)\), with \(X\) a Banach lattice. As an application of this result, composition of two positive absolutely summing operators is proved to be a positive absolutely summing operator. An interpolation result for positive absolutely summing operators is also given.
