Let \(\Omega\) be an open subset of \(\mathbb{R}^n\), \(n\geq 3\), and \(\omega\) an open set with closure contained in \(\Omega\). Under suitable assumptions on the Carathéodory function \(B(x,u,p)\) (essentially a sublinearity and local Lipschitz continuity in \(p)\) the author proves the existence and uniqueness of solutions of the Dirichlet problem \[ Lu=\Sigma_j \partial_j(=\Sigma_i \alpha_{ij} \partial_i u+\delta_ju) +B(.,u, \nabla u)=0\text{ in }\omega,\qquad u=g\text{ on }\partial\omega. \] Denote by \(H\) the sheaf of solutions to the above problem. The author proves that \((\Omega,H)\) is a nonlinear Bauer harmonic space.
