On a metric space \(X\), consider the configuration space \(\Gamma^X\) consisting of Radon measures \(\sum_1^N\varepsilon_{x_i}\). If one considers a Poisson measure on \(\Gamma^X\), one can construct a finite difference calculus involving a finite difference operator, a Skorokhod type operator, and an integration by parts formula linking these two operators; actually, this formula can be viewed as a characterization of Poisson measures. The aim of this work is to study the generalization to grand canonical Gibbs measures on \(\Gamma^X\) associated to some Hamiltonian potential. The operators are constructed, and the Gibbs measure is characterized by the integration by parts formula.
