A Gel'fand triple \([{\mathcal E}]_u\subset (L^2)\subset [{\mathcal E}]^*_u\) is considered by making use of the Legendre transform, where \(u\) is a positive continuous function on \([0,\infty)\) satisfying certain conditions. The characterization of generalized functions in \(|{\mathcal E}|_u^*\) and test functions in \([{\mathcal E}]_u\) in terms of their \(S\)-transforms is given. Moreover the intrinsic topology for the space \([{\mathcal E}]_u\) of test functions is given, and characterization theorem for measures is proved. Finally, conditions for carrying out white noise operator theory and Wick products are given.
