The asymptotic behavior of the function \(\pi(m,m)=m! \delta_m(p(1,n),p(2,n),\ldots ,p(n,n))\) as \(n\to\infty\) is considered. This problem arises in the analysis of distribution of transient time and other combinatorial characteristics in random nonequiprobable graphs.
