    Let \(FG_{n,k}\) be the Grassmann manifold of \(k\)-dimensional vector subspaces in \(\mathbb{F}^n\), \(\mathbb{F}= \mathbb{R}\) or \(\mathbb{C}\). In this paper, the author gives geometric conditions on fibrations \(F@> j>> E@> p>> B\) for which the fiber inclusion \(j:F\to E\) induces an epimorphism \(j^*:H^* (E; \mathbb{Z}/2)\to H^* (F; \mathbb{Z}/2)\) in \(\mathbb{Z}/2\mathbb{Z}\)-cohomology. Two situations are presented where the above property is satisfied: (1) \(p\) is a smooth fiber bundle with \(E\) a closed connected manifold and \(F= \mathbb{C} G_{n;k}\) \((2\leq 2k\leq n)\); (2) \(p\) is a Serre fibration, \(E\) is compact, \(B\) is a connected finite CW complex and \(F= \mathbb{F} G_{2^s+1,2}\) \((s\geq 2)\).
