      Le formalisme de la distribution ordinaire \({\mathcal A}_K\) sur un corps de nombres \(K\) a été récemment introduit par \textit{L. Yin} [J. Number Theory 80, 154-167 (2000; Zbl 1005.11062)]. Ecrivant \({\mathcal A}_K\) comme limite inductive de ses sous-groupes de niveau \({\mathcal A}_{\mathcal N}\) indexés par les idéaux entiers de \(K\), L. Yin conjecture que \({\mathcal A}_{\mathcal N}\) est toujours sans \(\ell\)-torsion (\(\ell\) étant un nombre premier fixé) et prouve ce résultat dans le cas particulier où \(\ell\) ne divise pas l'ordre du groupe de Galois \(G_{\mathcal N}= \text{Gal} (K_{\mathcal N}/K)\), où \(K_{\mathcal N}\) est le corps de rayon modulo \({\mathcal {NM}}_\infty\), \({\mathcal M}_\infty\) est le produit des places réelles de \(K\). Dans cet article, les auteurs s'intéressent au cas où \(\ell\) divise cet ordre. En fait, la torsion de \({\mathcal A}_{\mathcal N}\) dépend d'un certain sous-groupes de \(G_{\mathcal N}\). En contrôlant ce sous-groupe, ils peuvent: -- soit éliminer la torsion (d'où l'énoncé de conditions suffisantes pour qu'il y ait absence de torsion), -- soit créer de la torsion (d'où l'obtention d'un contre-exemple à la conjecture de L. Yin).
