The author considers the bilinear control system \(x'(t)=Ax(t)+u(t)Bx(t)\), \(x(0)=x_0\), and the observation \(y(t)=C(t)x(t)\), \(t\geq 0\). Here \(A\) generates a \(C_0\)-semigroup on a Banach space \(X\) and the operators \(B\) and \(C(t)\) are non-bounded. The first problem studied concerns the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the above bilinear system in appropriate spaces for any control \(u\in L^p_{\text{loc}} (\mathbb{R}_+)\). The second problem refers to the admissibility of the observation operators \(C(t)\) such that the function \(y(t)\) be \(L^p\)-integrable for any \(x_0\in X\).
