A generalised triangle group is one of the form \[ G=\langle a,b : a^p=b^q=R(a,b)^r=1\rangle \] where \(p,q,r\) are positive integers greater or equal two \(2\), and \(R(a,b)\) is a cyclically reduced word on \(a\) and \(b\). It is known that many generalised triangle groups can be seen as group of orientation preserving isometries of the hyperbolic \(3\)-space, that is, as subgroups of PSL\((2,{\mathbb C})\). In this paper the authors proceed to describe all non-compact arithmetic groups generated by two elliptic transformations in PSL\((2,{\mathbb C})\), up to conjugation. A complete list, formed of \(21\) groups, is given. They observe that any of these groups is commensurable to any of the Bianchi groups PSL\((2,O_{1})\) or PSL\((2,O_{2})\). From these, \(15\) are generalized triangle groups. In the list, they also give, in each situation, the covolume of the group.
