On algorithms implementing the particles method on unstructured grids (Q5954345)

This paper is devoted to algorithms based on the particles method for plasma simulations on unstructured grids. In particular, an algorithm based on the concept of finite-size particles is developed. Applications of this algorithm leads to automatic fulfillment of the discrete counterpart of the charge conservation law.
