The evolution of a compact hypersurface \(\Gamma_t\) of \(\mathbb{R}^N\) moving with the outward velocity \(V\) of \(\Gamma_t\) at \((x,t)\) obeying the general law \(V=h(t,x, \Omega_t, \nu_t,A)\) is investigated where \(h\) is some solution law, depending on the outward normal \(\nu_t\), on the curvature \(A\) expressed in the form of a \((N-1)\times (N-1)\) symmetric, non positive matrix, and on the set \(\Omega_t\) enclosed by \(\Gamma_t\). A typical example is \(h=\text{trace} (A)+ \alpha+\beta |\Omega_t |\), treated by Chen, Hilhorst and Logak. By taking this into account, the author sets up the following three steps. The first part presents the definition of motion of non-smooth \(\Gamma_t\). The second introduces the assumption that \(h\) is exclusively nondecreasing with respect to \(\Omega_t\) so as to prove the motion of \(\Gamma_t\), namely, the front propagations, satisfies the inclusion principle, and the third deals with the general case for \(h\). With these steps the author proves that if there is a smooth solution to the problem on some interval \([0,T]\), then any generalized solution coincides with this solution on \([0,T]\) even though it does not preserves the inclusion of the initial surface.
