      The authors study the system NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\begin{aligned} \tau V_{\Gamma(t)} & = c (v)- \varepsilon(N-1) H\text{ on }\Gamma(t),\;t>0\\ v_t-\Delta v & =G^+(v) \chi_{ \Omega^+ (t)}+G^-(v) \chi_{\Omega^-(t)} \text{ in }\mathbb{R}^N\\ \Gamma(0) & = \Gamma_0, \\ v(x,0) & =v_0(x). \end{aligned}NEWLINE\]NEWLINE Here, \(\Gamma(t)\) is a surface in \(\mathbb{R}^N\) and divides \(\mathbb{R}^N\) into two disjoint regions \(\Omega_+\) and \(\Omega_-\). The free boundary \(\Gamma(t)\) has mean curvature \(H\) and \(\chi\) is the characteristic function. \(V\) is the normal velocity from \(\Omega_+\) to \(\Omega_-\). The paper studies existence and stability of spherically symmetric solutions.
