Summary: Let \(A= (a_{nk})\) for an infinite matrix with all \(a_{nk}\geq 0\) and \(P\) a bounded, positive real sequence. For normed spaces \(E\) and \(E_k\) the matrix \(A\) generates paranormed sequence spaces such as \([A,P]_\infty((E_k))\), \([A, P]_0((E_k))\), and \([A, P](E)\) which generalize almost all the existing sequence spaces, such as \(\ell_\infty\), \(c_0\), \(c\), \(\ell_p\), \(w_p\), and several others. In this paper, conditions under which these three paranormal spaces are separable, complete, and \(r\)-convex, are established.
