The paper deals with the solution \(u\in W^{1,\infty }\) of the differential inclusion \(Du \in K\) with \(u=f\) on \(\partial \Omega \), where \(\Omega\) is an open bounded open set of \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with \(\text{meas}(\partial \Omega)=0\), and \(K\) is a compact in \(\mathbb{R}^{nm}\). Under suitable assumptions and by using the method of convex integration, the author proves that for each piecewise affine function \(f \in W^{1,\infty }\), the problem has a solution. Then the comparison with the results based on application of Baire category is made. Moreover, as application of the result, minimization problems with integrands having quasiaffine quasiconvexification are considered.
