A number of important areas of modern theoretical physics research are brought beautifully together in the paper under review. The main purpose aimed at here is to enlighten about the relevance and use of quantum computation (q.c) and quantum information (q.i) in the explicit context of quantum gravity (q.g). The quantum inflation, quantum holography and quantum computing gravity register, form the contents of the three main middle sections. The author has summarized some recent work for the 13th International Congress on Mathematical Physics held at London in July, 2000. The special temporal properties of the quantum gravity computer are emphasized. In the quantum computing approach to quantum gravity, the low value of entropy of the present universe emerges naturally from the decoherence of \(N=10^{18}\) qubits at the end of inflation. The paper can be of immediate interest to a multi-disciplinary set of workers too.
