Let \(\Omega\subseteq \mathbb{C}\) be a connected open set and \(f: \Omega \to\mathbb{C}\) be an universal function with respect to \(\Omega\) and \(\zeta_0\), i.e. for every compact set \(K\subseteq \mathbb{C}\), \(\mathbb{K}\cap \Omega= \emptyset\), with connected complement and for every function \(h:K\to \mathbb{C}\) continuous on \(K\) and holomorphic in the interior \(K\) there exists a sequence \((\lambda_n)\) of nonnegative integers such that \[ \sum^{\lambda_n}_{n=0} {f^{ (n)} (\zeta_0)\over n!} (z-\zeta_0)^n\to h(z) \] uniformly on \(K\). The author has studied the properties of the class \(U(\Omega,\zeta_0)\) of all universal functions. One of the obtained results is Theorem 1. Let \(K\subset\mathbb{C}\) be a connected compact set such that \(\Omega=\mathbb{C} \setminus\mathbb{K}\) is also connected. Then for every \(\zeta_0\in\Omega\) the class \(U(\Omega, \zeta_0)\) is a \(G_\delta \)-dense subset of the Fréchet space of all holomorphic functions in \(\Omega\).
