The authors study the antiplane problem of a moving interfacial crack between two dissimilar transversely isotropic piezoelectric solids subjected to piecewise uniform loads at infinity. The analysis is based on the permeable crack model, i. e. a crack is treated as a permeable cut across that both the normal component of electric displacement and the tangential component of electric field are continuous. The problem is formulated for three different crack speed regimes, namely, subcritical, transonic and supersonic speed regimes. The analysis is conducted by using a set of newly established complex function formulas combined with analytical continuation principle of Muskhelishvili. As a result, exact and explicit solutions are obtained both in the media and inside the crack. In the case of a subcritical speed regime, all field variables show the classical square-root singularities near the crack tips, while in the transonic speed regime, all field variables are not only singular, but also oscillatory. Finally, in the case of supersonic speed regime, all singularities of field disappear, and the field variables in the media are equal to the applied loads at infinity. The obtained field singularities are independent of the applied electric load, which is different from results based on the impermeable crack model, i. e. when the electric field inside the creack is equal to zero. Numerical calculations are carried out for piezoelectric materials PZT-4 and BaTiO3.
