The paper is devoted to the description of anisotropic plastic materials without hardening, based on the rotating frame formulations. First of all, the rotating formulation for simple materials and the rotating formulation for hyperelasticity are derived with references to the already existing in the literature models. The starting point in elaborating the anisotropic model consists in the presentation of an elasto-plastic isotropic model, within the constitutive framework of the multiplicative decomposition of deformation gradient into its elastic and plastic parts. Here the hyperelastic isotropic behaviour characterizes the current value of Cauchy stress in terms of the elastic left Cauchy-Green deformation tensor, with the yield function being isotropic with respect to Cauchy stress tensor, while the flow rule describes the symmetric part of plastic rate, rotated with the elastic rotation. The proposed model describes the behavior of an anisotropic elasto-plastic material and assumes the existence of energy function related to an hyperelastic constitutive equation in rotating frame formulation, the existence of yield function and the associated flow rule. The rotating frame is assumed to be the kinematic plastic rotation frame. The comparisons with different models are included in the paper, as for instance with isoclinic configuration concept developed by Mandel.
