For a differential graded Lie algebra \(L=(L,\partial)\) over the prime field \(F_p\) \((p>2)\), under a suitable condition of admissibility, the isomorphism of graded algebras \(H(L)\cong E\times K\) is proved, where \(K\) is an Abelian ideal and \(E\) is a naturally defined graded Lie algebra, appearing in [\textit{S. Halperin}, J. Pure Appl. Algebra 83, No. 3, 237-282 (1992; Zbl 0769.57025)], where the isomorphism of Hopf algebras \(H(UL)\cong UE\) has been proved (the author uses widely notations of Halperin [loc. cit.] and of \textit{J. W. Milnor} and \textit{J. C. Moore} [Ann. Math. (2) 81, 211-264 (1965; Zbl 0163.28202)]). If \(L_m=0\) for \(m<q\), then \(H_m(L)\cong E_m\) for \(m< pq+ p-2\). Further, in the case where \((L,\partial)\cong (\widetilde{L}, \widetilde{\partial}) \otimes F_p\) for some free (with respect to the localization \(Z_{(p)}\)) differential graded Lie algebra \((\widetilde{L}, \widetilde{\partial})\), one has: \(H(H(L),\beta)\cong H(E,\beta)\), where \(\beta\) denotes the Bockstein operators acting on \(H(L)\) and \(E\) respectively. In the topological setting, results concerning the Anick model \(L_X\) for a finite CW-complex \(X\) [\textit{D. J. Anick}, J. Am. Math. Soc. 2, No. 3, 417-453 (1989; Zbl 0681.55006)] and a description for \(\pi_m(\Omega X,F_p)\) (where \(\Omega X\) is the Moore loop space of \(X\)) are obtained.
