Let \(\mathbb{C}\mathbb{P}^n\) be the \(n\)-dimensional complex projective space with the Fubini-Study metric. Any real hypersurface \(M\) of \(\mathbb{C}\mathbb{P}^n\) is equipped with an almost contact metric structure \((\varphi,\eta,\xi,g)\). The author considers the local reflections of \(M\) with respect to the integral curves of the structure vector field \(\xi\), called \(\xi\)-curves, and proves the following result. ``Let \(M\) be a real hypersurface of \(\mathbb{C}\mathbb{P}^n\). The local reflections of \(M\) with respect to \(\xi\)-curves are isometries if and only if \(M\) is locally congruent to a tube of radius \(r\) around the complex projective subspace \(\mathbb{C}\mathbb{P}^k\subset \mathbb{C}\mathbb{P}^n\) \((k=0, \dots, n-1)\), \(0<r<\pi/2\), or around a complex quadric \(Q^{n-1} \subset \mathbb{C}\mathbb{P}^n\), \(0<r< \pi/4\)''.
