General integrals were first introduced by Saks in his famous monograph on p.254. Later the \(T\)-integral was defined by Karták and studied by \textit{K. Karták} [Čas. Pest. Mat. 94, 314--316 (1969; Zbl 0183.35701)] and \textit{Y. Kubota} [Math. Jap. 31, 617--621 (1986; Zbl 0607.26007)]. In this paper the author obtains a Riesz representation theorem and a Banach-Steinhaus theorem for the \(T\)-integral. A more general integral and a class of general primitives are defined. These concepts do not give linear spaces but are closed under additions with Lebesgue integrable functions. A long list of integrals that are special cases is given as well as a dominated convergence theorem that extends one of P. Y. Lee.
