If \({\Gamma}\) is a group, then a \(\Gamma\)-group is a group \(G\) endowed with a \(\Gamma\)-action by an automorphism. If \(G\) is a \(\Gamma\)-group then denote by \({\mathcal G}\) the category of \(\Gamma\)-groups, by \(_{\Gamma}{\mathcal G}/G\) the comma category and by \(_{\Gamma,G}{\mathcal A}b\) the category of abelian group objects in \(_{\Gamma}{\mathcal G}/G\). If \(A \in _{\Gamma,G}{\mathcal A}b\), then \(\text{Der}_{\Gamma}(G,A)\) is the abelian group of all \(\Gamma\)-derivations (or crossed \(\Gamma\)-homomorphisms) from \(G\) into \(A\). A left exact functor from \(_{\Gamma,G}{\mathcal A}b\) to the category of all abelian groups is obtained, so one can define the right derived functor of \(\text{Der}(G,-)\) denoted by \(H^{n}_{\Gamma}(G,-)\). In the first part of this paper all interpretations of the groups \(H^{n}_{\Gamma}(G,A)\) are given and in the second part the main properties of the cohomology group \(H^{n}_{\Gamma}(G,A)\) are obtained. Though the line of the paper follows ordinary group cohomology theory, the exposal is elegant and this makes it into an easy to follow paper.
