Convective and wave mechanisms for generation of Langmuir's circulations (Q5960219)

The authors proceed with the investigation started in [\textit{M.~Li} and \textit{C.~Garrett}, J. Phys. Oceanogr. 25, No.~1, 64-76 (1995)]. The ordered structures are discussed which appear in the upper layer of water in the reservoir under wind action on its surface. The mechanisms of instability of stationary water flow in the reservoir are also discussed.
