The paper deals with the M/M/\(\infty\) system where each customer served generates a random number of new customers (descendants) with the productive function \(g(s)\). Under some conditions on \(g(s)\) the asymptotic estimate of the maximal number of customers \(M(t)\) is obtained on the segment~\([0;t]\), \( \limsup_{t\to\infty}\frac{M(t)}{\log_A t}\leq 1 \) almost sure, where the number \( A>1 \) is such that~\( g(A) = A\).
