The authors study the Liouville system with \(n\) degrees of freedom in the frame of reference \(q_i\) \((i=1,\dots,n)\,\) with the Hamiltonian \[ H = \frac{\sum\limits_{i=1}^n\big(p_i^2/2+V_i(q_i)\big)} {\sum\limits_{i=1}^n f_i(q_i)}. \] It is proved that the conditionally periodic motion frequencies are functionally independent of the first integrals constants. The problem on two fixed centers is considered as example.
