The author considers a problem on stationary motions of a heavy solid body with a fixed point. It is assumed that the body possesses a dynamical symmetry and is exposed (in addition to the gravity force) to the action of the dissipative moment and the constant moments. Using the first approximation, equations of stationary motion and their stability are studied.
