The authors employ the theory of ideal adsorbing Langmuir layer in modelling catalytic properties of reusable surfaces at Martian atmospheric entries. By using laboratory experimental data for three high-temperature covers, the authors obtain explicit dependences of catalytic coefficients on surface conditions (temperature, pressure and concentration). For different covers, the heat fluxes are determined at stagnation point for the atmospheric entry along the ``Mars Pathfinder'' trajectory.
