    If \(A\subseteq N\) then \(\delta(A)= \lim_{n\to\infty} {1\over n} \cdot\text{card}(A\cap\{1,2,\dots,n\})\) is called the density of \(A\) (if the limit exists). A sequence \(x=(x_n)\) is said to converge to \(L\) provided that for every \(\varepsilon>0\) we have \(\delta(A (\varepsilon))=0\), where \(A (\varepsilon)= \{n:|x_n-L |\geq \varepsilon\}\). We write in this case \(L=\text{stat-lim} x_n\). Let \(p=(p_k)\) be a sequence with \(\sup p_k< +\infty\). Denote by \(\overline c(p)[\overline c_0(p)]\) the set \(\{x=(x_n): \text{stat-lim} |x-L|^{p_n} =0\) for some \(L\}\) \([\{x=(x_n): \text{stat-lim} |x_n |^{p_n}= 0\}]\). The authors give some characterizations of the fact that a sequence \(x=(x_n)\) belongs to the set \(m(p)=\overline c(p)\cap \ell_\infty (p)\). Further they show that if \(p\in\ell_\infty\), then \(m(p)\) is a closed subspace of \(\ell_\infty(p)\). Also the inclusion relations between \(m_0(p)\) and \(m_0(q)\) are investigated, where \(m_0(p)=\overline c_0(p) \cap\ell_\infty(p)\), \(m_0(q)= \overline c_0(q) \cap\ell_\infty (p)\), and \(\ell_\infty(p)\) is paranormed by \(\sup_k|x_k |^{p_k\over M}\) with \(M=\max \{1,\sup p_k\}\).
