The author clarifies the final part \(1\leq p< q=\infty\) of the following problem due to S. B. Stechkin: For given numbers \(1\leq p\leq q\leq\infty\), \(k\in\mathbb{N}\), \(r\in\mathbb{Z}_+\) and the sequence \(\{\varepsilon_n\}\), \(0< \varepsilon_n\downarrow 0\), find the exact orders of the deviations of the Fejér-Zygmund means \(Z_{n,k}(f^{(r)};x)\) from \(f^{(r)}(x)\) in the metric of \(L_q\) on the classes of functions \(\{f\in L_p: E_{n-1}(f)_p\leq \varepsilon_n\}\), where \(E_n(f)_p\) is the best approximation in \(L_p\) by trigonometric polynomials. The other parts of the problem were also solved by the author in previous papers.
