The paper is a continuation of the authors work in [ibid. 252, No. 1, 484--494 (2000; Zbl 0982.34064); and ibid. 253, No. 2, 590--615 (2001; Zbl 0967.93538)]. Stability criteria (too lengthy to be reproduced here) for linear systems \[ x'(t)= Ax(t)+ \sum^m_{k=1} A_k x(t- \tau_k(t)) \] with multiple time-varying or constant delays are given.
