Given the indefinite admittance square matrix \(Y\) of a resistive network the authors show that the eigenvalues of any symmetric generalized inverse \(G\), and hence also the eigenvalues of the Campbell-Youla inverse \(Z\), interlace the nonzero, necessarily positive eigenvalues of the Moore-Penrose inverse. The absolute values of the product of all the eigenvalues of \(Y\) and \(Z\) is the square of the network radius for which a new inequality string involving the trace mean and the spectral radius of \(Z\) is established. The results are useful for the effective modelling of resistive electrical networks.
