This paper deals with a new model of the process of phase transition in an incompressible viscous fluid. This problem is described as a free boundary problem for Navier-Stokes equations coupled with the heat equation, where the euilibrium temperature is assumed to be related to the pressure by the Clapeyron-Clasius equation. The author proves the existence of a weak solution globally in time. It is used the Lagrangian coordinates, the estimates of corresponding model problem in the halfspace \(\mathbb R^3_+\) and the contraction mapping principle.
