This paper is concerned with weak-type and potential estimates for solutions \(u\in H^1_{\mathrm{loc}}(\Omega)\) of \[ -\operatorname{div}(A\nabla u)+b\cdot \nabla u=\mu\quad\text{ in }\Omega, \] where \(\Omega\subset\mathbb R^n\) \((n\geq 3)\) is a domain, \(\mu\) is a nonnegative Radon measure in \(H^{-1}(\Omega)\), \(A\) is a bounded, uniformly elliptic measurable matrix and \(b\) is an \((L^2_{\mathrm{loc}}(\Omega))^n\) vector field. The main result of the paper establishes the existence of a generic constant \(C>0\) such that for, a.e., \(x_0\in \Omega\) and for all \(0<R\leq \frac{1}{2}\operatorname{dist}(x_0,\partial\Omega)\) one has \[ \frac{1}{C} I_2^{\mu}(x_0,R)\leq u(x_0)\leq C\Big(\operatorname{ess\, inf}_{B_R(x_0)}u+I_2^\mu(x_0,2 R)\Big). \] Several consequences of this result are also presented and discussed in the paper: continuity, decay rate of weak solutions are thus obtained.
