A polyhedral space is a Banach space for which the unit ball of each of its finite-dimensional subspaces is the convex hull of finitely many points. This is clearly an isometric property as, for instance, \(c_0\) is polyhedral but \(c\) is not. The isomorphic counterpart are the isomorphically polyhedral spaces, that is, those Banach spaces which admit equivalent polyhedral renormings. The aim of this paper is to prove that there are isomorphically polyhedral \(\mathcal L_\infty\)-spaces which are not isomorphically Lindenstrauss (that is, which are not isomorphic to an isometric predual of an \(L_1(\mu)\)-space). This answers a question by V.~Fonf which appeared in the present authors' paper [Extr. Math. 29, No. 1--2, 35--51 (2014; Zbl 1328.46008)]. The authors also provide an example of an isomorphically polyhedral \(\mathcal L_\infty\)-space which is not a Lindenstrauss-Pelczynski space (i.e., a Banach space \(X\) such that all operators from subspaces of \(c_0\) into \(X\) can be extended to the whole \(c_0\)).
