The author proves global weighted Lorentz and Lorentz-Morrey estimates for gradients of weak solutions to quasilinear parabolic equations: \[ \begin{cases} u_t-\operatorname{div}(A(x,t,\nabla u))=\operatorname{div}(F) & \text{ in } \Omega_T=\Omega\times(0,T),\\ u=0 & \text{ on } \partial_p(\Omega\times(0,T)) \end{cases} \] where \(\Omega\subset \mathbb R^N,\) \(N\geq 2\) is a bounded domain with Reifenberg flat boundary and \(F\in L^1(\Omega_T, \mathbb R^N).\) The coefficients supposed to be Carathéodory maps, measurable in \(t\) and small BMO in \(x.\) The obtained results yields existence of a solution to the Riccati type parabolic equations: \[ u_t-\operatorname{div}(A(x,t,\nabla u))= |\nabla u|^q+\operatorname{div}(F)+\mu, \] where \(q>1\) and \(\mu\) is a bounded Radon measure.
